Sometimes I’m lazy. Sometimes I slip.
But most days, I attempt to live by them — because without a compass, you drift. And drift kills ambition faster than failure.
This isn’t about “being better than you.”
It’s about building something better inside me.
Here’s the personal operating system I run — imperfectly, stubbornly, daily.
📜 Directives + Beliefs
10x > 2x.
If it’s not a 10x move, it’s noise.

Otherwise why show up?
Be less busy.
Busy is the most elegant form of procrastination.
Be like Teflon.
Don’t let wins inflate you or losses define you.
Go first, always.
Momentum beats planning.
Expect disasters.
Optimists without backup plans are just victims waiting to happen.
Maximize options.
The more outs you have, the stronger you play.
Don’t be a donkey.
Choose a load. Move it. Then pick another.
Quit or be the GOAT.
Good enough is invisible.
If rushed, just say no.
If it’s urgent, it’s usually someone else’s problem.
Disaster = opportunity.
Messes create markets.
When out, eat healthy.
Default decisions create real outcomes.
24h rule: it’s a new day.
Reset, regardless of yesterday.
Only say yes to win-win.
If it’s not mutual, it’s not sustainable.
Less haste, more speed.
Rush = Regret.
Put your own mask on first.
Self-sacrifice seems noble. It’s often stupid.
Can’t help anyone if you’re dead…
Beliefs → emotions → actions.
Upstream fixes beat downstream hacks.
Slow is for chumps.
Velocity wins.
Be expensive.
Position yourself or be positioned.
Get paid 100% upfront.
Avoid becoming a collections agency.
Don’t say yes on a call.
Pressure is the enemy of judgment.
Hell yeah or No.
Maybe is purgatory.
